Robert T. “Rocky” Ducharme, II CPA is licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana.  He received his accounting degree from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette and has 39 years’ experience in public accounting, 4 of which were with a National CPA firm and 4 years’ experience in private industry with an emphasis in shipbuilding and construction.

He was the past Chairman of the Board for the St. Mary Parish Chamber of Commerce and a 2-term Councilman for the City of Morgan City, Louisiana.

Mr. Ducharme has volunteered for many non-profit organizations throughout the years and is currently a member on the LCPA Medical, Healthcare Service Committee and Business for Business Committee and was a member of the Legislation Committee.

Rocky has been in the tax department of WMDDH for 16 years and has extensive experience in corporate, partnership, and individual tax planning and preparation of tax returns.

His hobbies include fishing, attending concerts, and he is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Society of Louisiana CPAs.
